To better serve customers and ensure the quality of end products such as filter bags and industrial dust collection bags, Huaze has invested 120 million RMB to establish a new production base in Shanghe, Jinan. The new facility will cover a production area of 30,000 square meters. The facility will introduce new automated nonwoven fabric production equipment from France's Andritz, complemented by a suite of finishing machinery. Huaze will establish an integrated automated production line encompassing nonwoven fabric manufacturing (filter media production), post-processing, filter cage fabrication, and filter bag sewing. High-speed automated equipment will significantly enhance production efficiency and precision while reducing labor costs. This advancement will elevate product quality and deliver superior service to customers.
