Polypropylene Filter Media with Smooth Surface and Defined Pore Size for Air Filtration Under 100℃
Polypropylene Filter Media
PP needle punched felt filter cloth made from polypropylene fibers, offering excellent chemical resistance and specialized performance for industrial applications.
Polypropylene is a low-temperature fiber with outstanding chemical resistance, making it ideal for chemical industry applications. The fibers are hydrolysis-resistant with only one chemical weakness: susceptibility to oxidizing agents. Suitable for universal use at temperatures below 90°C. The low-density fibers create thicker felts (approximately 50% thicker than equivalent polyester weight) and are often enhanced with conductive fibers or scrim to prevent static buildup.
