Aramid triple-protection filter bags are manufactured using an aramid (meta-aramid / Aramid 1313) substrate and processed through a specialized triple-protection impregnation and finishing process. They offer triple protection against water, oil, and static electricity, making them a core filtration component for dust collection systems operating under high-temperature conditions.

The product uses high-performance aramid needle-punched felt as its base material, with a continuous temperature resistance of 200°C and a peak temperature resistance of up to 220°C. The fibers themselves possess excellent resistance to high temperatures, thermal oxidation, and chemical corrosion; After undergoing the triple-protection impregnation treatment, a hydrophobic and oleophobic protective layer forms on the surface of the filter media, effectively preventing dust from clogging the filter bags and condensation from causing dust adhesion. At the same time, it provides permanent antistatic protection, eliminating the risk of static electricity buildup in environments with flammable and explosive dust.
